The River Rock Community Coalition (RRCC) strengthens and revitalizes Buffalo’s Riverside and Black Rock neighborhoods through community improvement, public art, advocacy, and inclusive programming.

 

We expand access to the arts by bringing meaningful opportunities to experience, create, and engage with art directly into our neighborhoods.
