Our Board members are responsible for envisioning the present and future needs of our community, and focusing the direction of our organization to help meet and exceed those needs.
George A. Fitzpatrick
Founder & President
A career public servant, George is a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy and currently maintains a 14+ year career in the federal government.
A product of his community, George continues to give back to that same community in many ways. He grew up at the Town Boys & Girls Club and now works there as a Program Manager and also helps to coordinate Alumni activities. George is also a member of the Buffalo Club 49ers, the founder of the RRCC and a proud father of 2 beautiful children, Gabriella and Caleb.
George was honored with a Flag Letter of Commendation for service during Operation Foal Eagle in 2001. He went on to earn a Distinguished Government Service Award from the Federal Executive Board in 2011. Most recently George was selected as one of the Business First 2016 class of "40 under 40" honorees.
James "Jimbo" McDonald
Jimbo defines the term "community servant." As a young civic leader, he has volunteered with almost every organization in the Riverside and Black Rock neighborhoods. Currently he serves on the boards of the Riverside Business Association, Twenty-First Ward Independence Day Parade Association and the RRCC.
Jimbo has dedicated himself to improving the lives of our local youth through over 20 years of service with the Northtowns Boys & Girls Clubs organization.
Jimbo has been recognized numerous times in the past for his tireless and selfless efforts for the betterment of his community, receiving a City Council Proclamation, earning the 2016 C. I. Lanich Work Horse Award from the Riverside Business Association and most recently graduating from the 2018 class of "Leadership Buffalo."
Secretary - Interim Treasurer
Debbie is the Community Outreach Coordinator for West Side-Black Rock-Riverside Neighborhood Housing Services and has been with the organization since 2012. Debbie works with a plethora of community organizations throughout Western New York through her job, but goes above and beyond to volunteer for many others.
The current President of the Riverside Business Association, Debbie also holds the office of "Mayor of Towpath" which is incorporated with the Twenty-First Ward Independence Day Parade Committee, which Debbie also volunteers for.
Debbie has been honored many times for her dedicated service to her community, including being recognized as "People on the Move" by Buffalo Business First and receiving the "Service Award" from the Forest District Civic Association in 2015.
